Background
Where Canon and Peter go separate ways
The official break is at Ultimate Spider-Man #90, after fighting Silver Sable's Wild Pack and The Vulture. Deciding that the events of that story arc had made Midtown High too chaotic for Peter, May Parker sent her nephew to Fandom on a scholarship. Peter's budding relationship with the Ultimate Universe version of Kitty Pryde ended soon after due to distance.

Living Arrangements
Peter arrived in Fandom early in the morning on January 6, 2006, and moved into Room 313, a single. He remained on his own until May 9, 2006, when Greg Sanders arrived and 313 mysteriously became a double.
During Summer 2006, Peter resided in Stickbug cabin A with John Crichton, Greg Sanders, and Charlie Kawalsky.
Relationships
Peter made friends surprisingly easy in Fandom compared to his previous 10.5 years of school. His strongest friendships include Isabel Evans, Aeryn Sun, and John Crichton.
After some awkward flirting back and forth starting at the Valentine's Day Dance in 2006, Peter and Zero Hopeless-Savage began a relationship that has seen temporary physical oddities, evil artist clowns, and separation for a couple months due to film school.

Snow Weekend
Debating how he could protect the fact that he had a secret identity while the school was being attacked by evil snowmen, Peter rushed into battle in front of the gym slightly late with a ski mask covering his face. The mask was eventually destroyed and his presence among the fighters was noted on the radio. He fought along side Tex, Angel, Aeryn Sun, Kara Thrace, and Cameron Mitchell among others, fighting off numerous snowmen, a couple of them abominable.
Six Arms
While home for Spring Break, Peter had a fight with one of his enemies, Electro. At the conclusion of this fight, he was taken by his world's premier military and intelligence organization, SHIELD, and was administered a serum that was supposed to remove his powers, then sent back to Fandom. After a week without powers, the serum broke down and mutated his DNA further, returning his powers, giving him four extra arms, and causing him to cancel his first date with Zero. After a week of dealing with this, he went to the clinic and was magically cured by Granny Weatherwax. Peter later learned that his arch-nemesis, Norman Osborn, who had also gained powers from the mysterious Oz serum, had been similarly treated and accidentally enhanced and promptly escaped from custody.
Weetiny Weekend
Peter woke up one Saturday much younger like so many other students. He looked and acted seven years old but still had his spider-powers. During this weekend he harrassed and was chased by Callisto, rode a podracer built by Anakin Skywalker, and married a wee!Zero in a ceremony performed by Constable Benton Fraser. After the weekend, Peter was one of the first to remind people that despite what it sounded like during the daily announcements, the wee!marriages were not, in fact, legal.
Mummies
After Rory Gilmore read from a book that she really shouldn't have and unleashed several plagues upon Fandom, Peter was one of the students recruited to fight off a potential mummy invasion. He fought on Aeryn Sun's Team 2, decapitated one mummy, tripped up another so others could destroy it, and delayed the attack of a giant scorpion with his webbing. The scorpion managed to cut and break his left arm during the fight.
Zero's Birthday
Zero was home in Flange City during the first half of Summer 2006, so Peter travelled to Flange for her birthday. While there, Zero's brother Twitch was kidnapped by rival artists who were dressed as clowns. Peter helped the Hopeless-Savage rescue effort and his hair was dyed blue in the effort.
Grease
After eating Sam Carter's baking, Peter woke up to find himself as Putzie, one of the T-Birds (along with Peter Pevensie, Peter Griffin, and Charlie Kawalsky). He also had a girlfriend named Jan (actually Pippi Longstocking).
Mindswap Weekend
Peter found himself thinking he was Walter Dornez while Zero thought she was Peter. Pippi was kind enough to play along with it until he was better. Once he was back to normal, Peter swore off thinking he was somebody else, as if he had a say in the matter.
Prank War I
From Summer 2006 through the end of the year, Peter found himself trapped in a prank war with Charlie Kawalsky. Many of Peter's pranks revolved around the suggestion that Charlie used to be a female named Charlene.
New York (Summer 06)
Returning home for a brief time before the new school year started, Peter fought a blundering supervillain called The Shocker, had to convince SHIELD to release a dupe of classmate Jamie Madrox (the dupe would later join the Ultimate Universe SHIELD only to die at Magneto's hands), and fought off a mutated rat monster called Vermin. Before he went back to Fandom, Nick Fury reminded Peter that his time as a powered person outside Fury's influence would soon be up. This prompted Peter to receive training from Aeryn Sun, determined to be a good enough fighter by the time he was drafted to either stand up as a peer to the top heroes back home or fight them off.
Xhalax Sun
When Aeryn Sun was kidnapped by her mother, the Peacekeeper Xhalax Sun, Peter was recruited with Isabel Evans, Sam Carter, and Luke Skywalker by John Crichton to fly off to a commerce planet to rescue Aeryn. They were successful and a bunch of aliens were introduced to webbing.
The Green Goblin in Denver
During Parents Weekend 2006, Peter was surprised when his arch-nemesis, Norman Osborn (a.k.a. The Green Goblin) showed up to threaten Peter, his friends, and Zero, before fleeing to Denver, CO. When SHIELD located Osborn, they called Peter and recruited him to the strike team sent to take Osborn down. Peter and Osborn fought to a near standstill, Osborn being boosted by SHIELD's Oz treatment and Peter having some formal fight training. On the verge of collapse himself, Peter managed to detain Osborn long enough for Fury to seemingly kill Osborn with a well-placed sniper shot. Peter returned to Fandom a few days later, distraught by his role in Osborn's death.
The X-Avenging Runaways
Peter was recruited by Jamie Madrox to patrol on the mainland for an evening with Molly Hayes and Teddy Altman. They broke up a theft ring/dance squad.
Troll Weekend
Peter joined in the fighting in front of the school gates to ward off invading trolls, fending off two troll brothers by himself, then picking off some of the remaining trolls with Zero. The next evening, he was hand-picked by Principal Washburn to be part of the strike force that would ring the church bells to rid the island of the trolls. He entered the church with Janice Covington, found his way to the bell tower, met Fosse the Dancing Troll, and used a delay tactic to assist Door in ringing the bell.
Evil Santa Claus
Just after Troll Weekend, Peter was mistaken for an elf by a deranged, psychokinetic man believing himself to be Santa Claus. "Santa" used his powers to knock Peter out by throwing him into a bunch of trees, then kidnapped him and tried to force him to build toys. He was rescued the next day by Zero who was dressed as an elf.
I Love Zero
On their one year anniversary, Peter and Zero were bitten by a gremlin and thought themselves to be Lucy and Ricky from I Love Lucy.
AU Kids
After making love for the first time after Zero's senior prom, Peter and Zero were confronted by May Anarchy and Arachnid Ben ("Racky"), their children from a possible future. Despite the fact that they liked their children and the suggestion that they could be together for many years, this was somewhat traumatic. It's not something you want to have happen after your first time.
Clone Saga
While on a break from Fandom High during Summer 2007, Peter was visited by the recently graduated Charlie Kawalsky. During an evening out, Peter was kidnapped by what would turn out to be two clones of himself created by the CIA and his old villain, Doctor Octopus. After being beaten, drugged, and mentally played with, the intervention of Zero, Charlie, Isabel, and his female clone, Jessica Drew, allowed him to break free. After teaming up with Jessica to defeat Doctor Octopus, Peter returned home and confessed his double life to his Aunt May. May suffered a mild heart attack from the stress of his revelations and was rushed to the hospital.
Dinosaur Weekend
Peter fought a velociraptor, eventually winning by webbing it to the street.
Prank War II
After becoming roommates during Fall 2007, Peter entered into a prank war with Jamie Madrox. Inspired by previous prank wars and their Stickbug heritage, the pranks quickly escalated into complex plans that required much cleanup and/or furniture moving.
