Background

Jeffrey Murdock was born and raised in Wales, but was moved to London at the age of seven, where he would spend one year attending class with a pregnant Maths teacher who would imprint herself upon the mind of one fellow classmate, Steve Taylor. His mother pulled him out of that class when she found out about her son's preoccupation with the woman's breasts, and sent him to another school in the London area.

Jeff got used to moving around a lot.

Thanks to his strange and overbearing mother, Jeff is mildly crazy and finds himself obsessed with absolutely anything regarding the opposite sex. Unfortunately, all of his theories always end up being somewhat pointless when he tries to put them to use, mostly because he can't talk to a woman without saying very ridiculous things or coming up with even worse lies.

The mind of Jeff is a scary place.

Where Canon and Jeff go separate ways

It was the end of what would become Jeff's last year at his old school. After months of hard work, he finally found the courage to ask Jenny Turbot for her phone number.

It took him another month to actually call her and ask her out. The results were not entirely what he'd expected.

Especially not when his mother walked in halfway through the phone call and, after scarring him for life, sent him far, far away to learn a few things about proper conduct.

In Fandom

Jeff's entire official Fandom life is determined mostly by his mother, who controls his enrollment with an iron fist. In fact, Jeff doesn't even know what class he is in, nor what he might be signed up for at any one moment.

She also sent him a dog called Nana, or so he believes. Nana is very large and likes to eat all his clothes.

Living Arrangements

Jeff lives in 513, the Room of British, together with his fellow countryman Peter Pevensie. Peter teaches Jeff how to swordfight. Jeff teaches Peter all about the dark places in his mind.

Relationships

Jeff's mother has really strange ideas about child-rearing. If you're around Jeff for long enough, you'll find out all about it.

Turtle Wexler is Jeff's girlfriend. It all started with some confusion over whether or not she was a supermodel, and sort of escalated into a tangled web of flailing and facepalming over time. Also, Jeff has a continuing obsession with Mary Connell's busom and keeps up weirdly understanding conversations with Irulan Corrino and River Tam. Finally, he once told Annette Hargrove he was a frog academic with an interest in lungs.

Yasutora Sado is Jeff's big sibling in Fandom. They are brothers in disturbing floral prints nobody in the right mind would wear.

Deadpool and Jeff get along far better than they have any right to. As do Jeff and Jerry Sizzler & Jerry Sizzler. The current theory is that this is because Jeff speaks fluent crazy.

Jeff thinks Andrew Wells is creepy, and potentially his evil clone. Andrew is not aware of this. On the flip side, Jeff worships Jack Harkness like one would a hero, or a wiseman.

Adventures

Jeff got stuck in the sewer on his first day and didn't come out until three days later. This probably was not a good start.

Only about a week into his stay at Fandom High, Jeff shocked himself by accidentally asking Turtle out. She shocked him worse by actually doing it. Shortly after going out with Turtle, Jeff got kidnapped by Deadpool. They got along really well.
