Background
On Alias, Eric Weiss is a CIA agent in good standing, working with many top-drawer divisions to take down terrorists internationally. Weiss is the solid backup -- best friend to Michael Vaughn, shoulder to cry on for Sydney Bristow, and boyfriend to Nadia Santos. Well-respected and much beloved, he eventually leaves the CIA for a position in the NSC.
Where Canon and Eric go separate ways
Eric is actually pre-canon -- he's coming in for his Junior year, well before he joined the CIA or even went to college.
In Fandom
Eric has generally been an affable, friendly guy who's had the bad luck to avoid the majority of all Fandom weirdness, including Troll Weekend. He is therefore still fairly normal, a situation he is not entirely pleased about. Eric likes to drink, perform stupid magic tricks, and has become a somewhat proficient lockpick under the tutelage of Alianne.
He had the Friday shift on Pirate Radio during Fall Semester '06, where he became known as That Guy from Radio. He had a tendency to mock Belthazor and Samuel Anders for attempting to hide what he perceived to be a sexual relationship.
Living Arrangements
Eric lives in Room 307 in the dorms. His roommate Pete Hutter left at the end of Fall Semester '06 and Eric took the opportunity to get the room all to himself.
Relationships
Eric is currently in a relationship with M. Parker, the full definition of which would require lawyers to untangle. Suffice to say, they like each other better than ice cream.
In Fall Semester '06, Eric went on a few non-dates with Jaye Tyler and a single date with Molly Hayes. Both situations ended in disappointment and he started building ships in bottles for a period of time.
Eric's friends at Fandom are mostly female. His best friend, other than Parker, is Dawn Summers. He also counts Cindy Mackenzie, Nadia Santos, Rory Gilmore, Pam Beesly, and Isabel Evans as friends. He's not close to a great many guys, Jack Harkness being the main exception. John Dorian has taken to following him around, something that Eric has stopped discouraging.

Fall 2006: Prophecy, Spies and Spying (TA), Political Campaigning, and Intro to Magic.
Spring 2007: Ethics, Spy Tech, and Film and Lit (TA).
Other
Eric left Fandom in April 2007, due to his mother's illness, and his family's expenses making a return term next to impossible. M. Parker was very sad to see him go.
Adventures
Once was involved in a murder mystery in Vegas, attempting to solve the crime with John Dorian and Greg Sanders. The ordeal turned out to be a huge misunderstanding on the part of all parties.
He also assisted M. Parker in investigating the murder of her mother, and participated in two illegal break-ins on her behalf, as well as preventing her from committing a revenge murder upon her mother's killer.
