A karaoke bar/lounge founded by Lorne and currently owned by Jolee Bindo. Jolee bought the bar off eBay from former owner GOB Bluth.

The Layout

Bar. Lounge. Stage.

The bar itself seems to be of a somewhat impressive size since it can at times seat upwards of 20 people at once. The lounge is an area between the bar and the stage lined with seats and tables, both booths and freestanding. The stage is the base of operations for the band.

There was briefly a dance floor in place of the lounge for New Year's 2007, but it was destroyed in an accidental fire soon after. The dance floor was reinstalled by Xander Harris for Willow Rosenberg's birthday in 2007. It was again destroyed in an accidental fire two days later. There was a Banana Shack run by GOB's son, Steve Holt, adjacent to the bar that served Bluth Frozen Bananas for two days before also burning down in an accidental fire.

There is an apartment above the bar that has twice served as the home of the bar's owner (Lorne and Jolee) and a basement where Tino and the zombies seem to reside. Storage generally happens in a back room area and the basement.

The Band

Lorne brought in a zombie lounge band from Vegas when he first moved to Fandom. They loved music so much that they couldn't stop playing even after they stopped breathing. They seem to know every song ever made, or at least they fake it very well.
The zombies have a groupie, generally referred to in narrative as "Zombie Yoko." She and the zombie bass player are a couple.

The Sanctuary Spell

A modified version of the spell Lorne used in the original Caritas in Los Angeles, the Sanctuary Spell protects everyone in the club from any acts of violence. Anyone who attempts violence in Caritas will instantly be transported to another random spot on the island, often the duck pond in the park.
This does not apparently include ill-conceived fireballs generated by careless illusionists.
The Sanctuary Spell was removed for a week in October 2007 when GOB failed to pay the wizards who maintained the spell for several months. This allowed a barfight primarily between Constable Benton Fraser and Deadpool, which in turn led to GOB hiring a bouncer by the name of Dalton until the spell was back up. Popular opinion suggested that Dalton was surprisingly small.

Underage Drinking

In a policy set by Lorne and supported by the Fandom authorities, Caritas is allowed to sell alcohol to minors. The policy has continued both due to the fact that kids have disposable income and laziness. It should be worth noting that The Devil's Nest, enforced a drinking age limit while being run by Lucifer.
