Background
I first came to Chicago on the trail of the killers of my father and, for reasons which don't need exploring at this juncture, I have remained, attached as liaison to the Canadian consulate.
Benton Fraser is a member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). He arrives in Chicago with his half wolf Diefenbaker to solve the murder of his father. The case leads Fraser to uncover a plot by a damming company that is slowly killing the environment. This revelation leads to the dam being shut down. Many people lose their jobs Fraser also implicates members of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in the affair. This, along with the loss of so many people's jobs, makes him decide that he is not wanted in Canada and he decides to stay in Chicago as a liasion to the consulate
Fraser's first partner is Raymond Vecchio amd his second partner is Ray Kowalski who, yes, is in Fandom as well.
Where Canon and charactername go separate ways
At the end of Call of the Wild, Fraser and Ray Kowalski were both still in Yukon, gearing up to go and find the Hand of Franklin. This is where due South canon ends.
At Fandom High, Fraser has returned from the Yukon and was contacted by former principal Agent Smith about becoming head of security at Fandom High. Fraser, looking for a change, accepted the offer and moved from Chicago to Virginia. He's been at Fandom High ever since.

Fraser lives on campus on the first floor of the dorms. All the better to see you, my pretties.
Relationships
Being a mountie, Fraser is generally friendly to anyone and everyone.
He's had an odd friendship with Xander Harris that included them seeing a movie together, in a completely platonic way, as well as Xander's role in keeping Fraser occupied during the Study Group adventure.
Fraser considers both GOB Bluth and Becky Vartan his friends even though GOB Bluth doesn't much care for Fraser and Becky Vartan might want him for a little more than friendship.
He's been on a date with the school's current principal, Zoe Washburn, after some very innocent flirtation and a really doofy note asking her out. Despite all that, Fraser has immense respect for her and how well she handles the school and its students.
Classes
No classes for Fraser. He's on duty at all times, if he can help it.
Other
Fraser is extremely diplomatic to the point of almost talking too much in a potentially hostile situation. He believes there's always a better way than violence.
Fraser will also, when the mood strikes, tell Inuit stories to anyone who will listen.
Adventures
Fraser's Date with Zoe Washburn
While not a swashbuckling adventure, Fraser's date with Zoe was both sweet and enjoyable for them both.
Study Group
While not a direct participant in Study Group, Fraser was distracted by Xander Harris and Faithful so his attention would not be drawn to what was occurring. To do this Xander expressed interest in becoming a mountie and kept Fraser talking about his favorite subject.
Weetiny Weekend (Adults)
On February 17 and 18, Fraser joined the majority of Fandom adults by becoming a child again. While a child, he kissed Ellen Harvelle (who was also weetiny), got a flower from Valerie Frizzle, told John Winchester to kick his son in the shins, shared drinks with Elliot Reid, talked to Clark Kent about Canada and animals, fought with GOB Bluth, jumped into a ball pit, fought with GOB Bluth some more, got his hair spiked by Greg Sanders, called Captain Liberty a fathead, talked to Naomi Wildman, convinced Deadpool to change the name of his street, saw Marco Conrad as a polar bear, talked Seely Booth's ear off, became friends forever with Alianne, showed his dog off to M. Parker, played a game with Xander Harris, helped Aiden Burn plot revenge on Jarod, told Hermione Granger she had a big nose, made friends with Vladdie and Rory Gilmore, and got a piggyback ride from Seely Booth.
