Arms Hotel

Basics
Located at 52 Thunderbird Lane, the Arms Hotel was originally under the ownership of Frank Apple and called the Afficianado Arms before it was taken over by Michel Girard, Anthony J. Crowley and then Clark Kent. The current owner is Mary Connell.
Rooms rent for the night, though weekly and monthly rates are available and several of Fandom's townspeople live there. Room service is provided 24 hours a day to guests, while local residents can get take-out during lobby business hours. There are also two ballrooms available for special events.
The hotel has about eight floors and two ballrooms on the ground floor, one large and one smaller, more intimate one.
Appearance
The lobby has a seating area with comfy chairs, couches and small tables. Tables and chairs from the hotel's restaurant spill over into the seating area and the buffet table is set up nearby. At the front desk, there's a large antique-looking book serving as a guest register and a bowl of strategically-placed fruit, usually with cantaloupes and bananas. There's also a stack of towels and folded bathrobes behind the desk. Both are for nudity emergencies.
