Background
A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away, there was a little boy with a fondness for kettle drum music and getting his own way. His name was Anakin Skywalker. Born a slave on Tatooine, he was a precocious, borderline obnoxious, nine year old when he first met Obi-Wan Kenobi, Qui-Gon Jinn and Queen Padme Amidala. Because of his incredible skill with mechanics and engineering, not to mention being the only human to survive, let alone win a pod race (think intergalactic drag race), Qui-Gon decided that Anakin wasn't just especially talented with the Force, but might be the Chosen One spoken of in prophecy to bring balance to the Force. In a tricky bit of betting, he managed to wrangle Anakin away from his slavemaster and take him to Coruscant where he would be trained as a Jedi.
But this meant he had to leave his mother behind to continue her life as a slave on Tatooine, a source of a lot of guilt and anger for Anakin. Upon leaving his mother and traveling halfway across the galaxy with mostly strangers, his request to be trained was turned down flat by the Jedi Council. "Prophecy, schmophecy," said the Council. Okay, paraphrased the Council. He was too old--most Jedi were taken as babies and had no recollections of the families or planets they came from, significantly cutting down on whining--and he had too much fear and anger built up inside him already. Not a great mix to be combined with phenomenal cosmic powers, the Council decided. They probably should've stuck with their initial assessment.
After Qui-Gon was killed by Darth Maul, a Lord of the Sith (the no-good, very bad Dark Side flip of the Jedi coin), the Council changed its mind and agreed to allow the newly raised Jedi Knight Obi-Wan Kenobi to train Anakin.
Anakin never forgot the initial rejection, though, and his thirst to prove himself, combined with a pretty volatile nature and an absolute genius (and a not very Jedi-like smug awareness of just how good he is) with weapons or mechanically inclined objects makes for a very explosive combination. Sometimes literally.
His story will ultimately end in secret marriage, tears, pain, betrayal, twin children, a big hulking black suit, and killer theme music. But he doesn't know that yet.
Anakin was sent to Fandom High by an Obi-Wan tired of his Padawan's eye-rolling and arrogance. He figured a place where Anakin was one of many, many Chosen Ones might do something to bring his ego down to a more controllable level. This hasn't exactly happened.
Where Canon and Anakin go separate ways
George Lucas never mentioned Anakin's ability to levitate glitter or play the banthabell. And Obi-Wan Kenobi, while a definite force in Anakin's life, isn't in Fandom to watch his Padawan's every move.
Thus, Anakin has a tendency to play a little fast and loose with the rules of the Jedi Order, especially when it comes to using the Force to make his life easier. Oh, and dating Rory Gilmore.

Living Arrangements
Room 405
Anakin's first roommate was Michael Samuelle until Michael was removed from Fandom High through some...interesting circumstances. Don't mess with Principal Jack Bristow. Or M. Parker. The second semester, Anakin got a new roommate, Yuffie Kisaragi, who disappeared shortly after the semester began. Anakin swears he had absolutely nothing to do with why his roommates keep disappearing. He lived alone except for his turtle Yoda (turtle), a Christmas gift from Rory for the rest of the year.
Room 123
After graduating in May, Anakin and Yoda moved to the first floor of the dorms with the rest of the teachers and graduates.
Flamingo Cabin
When the students were in residence in the summer camp cabins, Anakin lived in the A-side of Flamingo, sharing it with Callisto and Xander Harris; the B-side was occupied by Chloe Sullivan, Piper Halliwell and Veronica Mars.
Relationships
First semester
Anakin got off to a bit of a rocky start at FH, being drawn to a driven, ambitious and only slightly evil group of students who formed the Junior Achievers Club, including Angelus (before the soul), Faith Lehane, Draco Malfoy, and Jonathan Crane. Belthazor was also a part of the organization, but because Bel hit on Padme Amidala, Anakin wasn't much of a fan.
His work with the Into the Black Flight Club introduced him to Aeryn Sun, John Crichton, Cameron Mitchell, Lee Adama, Samantha Carter, Beka Valentine, Veruca Cally and Han Solo. His time at Fencing Club introduced him to Callisto and Hamlet Dane Jr.--who was the co-founder of Deep Thoughts Club with Anakin--and time in Advanced Negotiations and Criminal Justice classes allowed for introductions to Rory Gilmore and Logan Echolls.
Zombie-related wackiness and general common room insanity meant that Anakin also spent time with Angela Chase, Martin Blank, M. Parker, and Bridge Carson.
But Padme Amidala was teaching, which meant in terms of romantic relationships Anakin didn't have eyes for anyone else. Some things are hardwired.
When Padme went back to Coruscant in November, Anakin and Rory began spending more time together, ending with a kiss just before the end of the first semester. But shhhh. It's a secret.
Second Semester
Anakin and Rory continued their secret relationship, and Anakin became the big brother for Peter Parker in an attempt to acclimate the new students to life in Fandom. Anakin also made friends with Isabel Evans, who lived across the hall from him with Xander Harris. Anakin and Angel (Character) repaired their relationship, then beat each other up over Rory and ended the semester not really talking.

Other
Adventures
Zombie Weekend
Anakin was in town Friday evening fighting zombies with Faith Lehane, ending up over at Luke's Diner, which then blew up. That wasn't his fault. He then ate yearbook food on Saturday morning, which made him believe he was his own worst enemy: A Sith Lord. So he was just happy fun Anakin out on the front lines of the zombie attack on Saturday night. It wore off the next day, but not before he'd told Padme all about being evil. She didn't take it well.
Parents' Weekend
Obi-wan Kenobi came to visit. Anakin had a bit of a meltdown in Deb's when one of the students participating in the Ethics Class's master/slave exercise caught his attention. There was a screaming fight out by the pond between Anakin and Obi-Wan (screaming mostly by Anakin), ending in Anakin getting dunked. Which he deserved. The Halloween Party the next night showed both Anakin and Obi-Wan a ghostly duel between two people that seemed hauntingly familiar. Anakin had nightmares about it for weeks.
Vegas Trip
Immediately following Angel (Character)'s souling, Anakin and members of the Junior Achievers Club who weren't in the clinic went out to Vegas. Anakin cleaned up on the roulette wheel and met a very bendy member of Cirque de Soleil.
The Heist
Anakin participated in the event known as the Heist, which gathered a group of students under the direction of 6 together to steal the X-Box from the Teachers' Lounge. His codename was Merlin and was charged with getting Biff, the evil teddy bear who guards the Teachers' Lounge to find somewhere else to be.
Christmas Pageant
Anakin had the terrible luck to give fashion advice to DEATH, who used such knowledge to try and seduce Principal Jack Bristow on behalf of zombie rights. Principal Bristow was Not Amused, and volunteered Anakin, and his banthabell to be in the Christmas pageant. The entire production has passed into Fandom lore as the Best Christmas Pageant Ever. At least until next year.

Weetiny Weekend
Anakin spent much of the weekend as a nine-year-old constructing a podracer, getting into a food fight, taking apart his computer and saying "whee!" He also got married in a sekrit ceremony to Rory Gilmore, who was three years old at the time. He was less than pleased with most of these events when he woke up on Monday.
